Nestled between scenic lagoons and 3,200 sq. ft. of pristine beaches is a tropical paradise on the Pacific Coast of Panama. Playa Blanca Beach Resort offers the finest in accommodations, facilities, leisure activities, dining and relaxation.

Just a 75-minute drive from the City of Panama and the Panama Canal, Playa Blanca encompasses over 200 acres on the Pacific Coast of the country. Originally built in 2003, the hotel already has a large, established following and a reputation for "sheer quality without formality."

Playa Blanca will feature a 17-acre crystal water lagoon.

Playa Blanca will also feature a unique 17-acre crystal water pool.  It will be the only one of its kind in Panama.  It will hold more than 600,000 gallons of turquoise 79°F water year-round.  The record-setting crystal water pool will cost millions to build but will make Playa Blanca a residential project of note, on par with the latest, state-of-the-art amenities found in ultra-high end resorts in places like Dubai.

Construction on the first condo towers began in late 2006 and should be completed by mid-2008. Playa Blanca offers a diverse selection of residential properties.

Currently available at preconstruction prices are:

    * One- to three-bedroom residences in the Ocean Towers priced from $264,500

    * Two-bedroom residences in the Founders Towers, priced from $211,500

    * Three-bedroom residences in the Terraza Tower priced from $296,500

Choose from a variety of sizes and styles. All of the condos and homes are eligible for placement in the voluntary rental program.
